Want to learn Tunisian Crochet and walk away with a beautiful, cozy, textured wrap? Our Intro to Tunisian Crochet workshop is for you. Two, two-hour classes will teach you all you need to know to cast on and create the Lamia Wrap, a perfect beginner friendly wrap from Toni Lipsey. You’ll also be able to drop in on Friday nights for stitch night for community and any help needed on the pattern.
Skills needed: The willingness to learn a new craft!
Skills taught: Tunisian Crochet cast on, return pass, tunisian simple stitch, tunisian purl stitch, last tunisian stitch, yarn over increases, bind off in pattern
Materials: 590 yards of Worsted Weight Yarn and a 6.5mm Tunisian Crochet Hook. Yarn must be purchased from the store and tunisian crochet hooks will be available for purchase if you do not already have one.
Workshop Dates: January 11 and February 1 (or 8), 2025; 10 am - 12 pm

Class Policy
- Masks in class are welcome but not required.
- Supplies are separate from class fees. To be purchased at the store the morning of day 1.
- If you need to cancel your spot in the class we are happy to offer a 50% store credit refund for cancellations made at least one week in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot offer store credit refunds for cancellations made less than one week in advance. Email corinne@theknittinglounge.com for cancelations.
- Only paying attendees can be present in the class.
- Please be on time as the teacher will start promptly.
